On the 19th of February, the Lodge of Discoveries nº 9409 (UGLE) enjoyed a truly memorable day of fellowship and tradition with the Passing of Brother J. Turner. The ceremony was conducted with the usual sense of unity and purpose and had a brilliant moment with Brother Quinton’s Extended Tracing Board presentation, a narration that was 14 minutes in total.
The Lodge voted our Well Beloved Brother Gus Sheridan (Overseas Grand Rank) as Honorary Member of the Lodge of Discoveries.
The night concluded at the Festive Board, where laughter, good company, and genuine enjoyment filled the room. It was the perfect way to round off a day that brought everyone together in harmony. A great afternoon, a great evening, and a wonderful celebration of our shared fraternity by members of all lodges in Portugal attending where we raised over € 230 for local charities.
